Well with Bill Black reporting that John Schmitz is being investigated by the FBI, I would guess there is little need to report them to the SEC at this point. Looks like they are already on the radar screen. (Unless you think someone is lying about that?) What more response would you expect from any reporting of PABN/PRWT to the SEC at this time? With so little financial information on PABN/PRWT I think a 14 day trading halt might be a way to clear the air and make sure that investors had sufficient information on which to base their investment decisions, don't you?
