Thanks, JB, I'll go check it out now. By the way, I noticed that Robin Dayne's website still has her price list removed.

robindayne.com

She used to post her prices, but now apologizes saying her page is "under construction." Well, it's been under construction for a few weeks now. Must be doing some serious construction to that page. I do notice, however, that in place of prices she now has her famous Top Ten List, a trader's test, designed to make anyone believe they desperately need her services. What a sham!!!

Or, more likely, she's ashamed to show her outrageously high prices to the public, prefers to negotiate with each new sucker (err.... prospective client) one on one. As I recall, used car salesmen don't like to disclose their prices, either. Maybe there's something to be learned there.

I notice Robin's website (price list page) states that her seminars are "guaranteed," and that she'll refund your payment less $400 if you're not satisfied. So, someone could waste at least $400 in addition to substantial travel costs (airfare, hotel, meals, taxi, etc) and a few days' time. That doesn't sound like much of a guarantee to me. You take one day of her seminar, express dissatisfaction, she let's you go but keeps $400 of your money. Not a bad way to make a living, I'd say. How does she get away with this?

And, you know what else? Her seminar schedule only lists one seminar for the rest of this year. If she were truly committed to this endeavor, truly confident with what she does, her schedule would be full, plenty of seminars scheduled. But, no, she wants to see how it goes this next time, take it from there. I doubt she'll be around much longer after that.

Hello, Robin, what are your current prices? And, if you cannot post them, why is that?

Yes, JB, let's all maintain vigilance so the con artists don't get away with their tricks and rip-off's.

Bill

JB,

I heard recently that Robin has changed her "Top Ten" rules to something like 71 rules. Do you know about this? Has anyone seen them? I would love to chuckle over something like this.
