For how long? Two years? When does it look like the stock price will rise?

I definitely don't have experienced or correct answers, but if they do extend the warrants a few months it suggests the Newmans really believe the second half will be strong. If the second half is secretly expected to be weak (i.e.: $40mil is another smokescreen), then they might just as well let warrants expire and get damage control in order.

I do not understand, in general, the mechanisms for extending warrants. I am interested in seeing what happens here.
