Terry, I looked at the link that you provided and then I went over to EDGAR to see how the info compared. I find it interesting that BICO had 564 million shares outstanding on March 19. On March 31, the company had 581 million outstanding. In other words, 17 million shares were dumped on the market in a 2 week period.

It should be interesting to see how many shares are outstanding when the next quarterly report is released. I also wonder how much BICO will receive for yet to be issued shares of stock. The next quarterly report should be interesting.

Best regards, Tom

Terry, just another interesting note in the BICO saga: Back in November, BICO announced that they had been given a "$10 million equity line of credit" to be available in early 1999. So far, the only money I see coming into BICO in 1999 has been in the form of dilution of more stock. If you remember, we were speculating that this was probably not a loan in any conventional sense.

In looking at the annual report, I see that BICO was basically selling stock for .059 per share in 1998. If the market makers are getting stock for around .06 and selling it for .17, they are making a killing!!!!

Any comments? Tom
