Tom, same shit BILCO has been doing for years. Look at the recent spike to .37 or so. It had nothing to do with the submission to the FDAl of a diasensor shell. The fact of the matter is\was, BUM had put 200 million or so more shares into the market and the MM were creating the market and the inflated price. How this gang has stayed out of prison is a mystery to me. They've been under SEC investigation for about 2 years now. Remember the old Yahoo board? If you dared to post negative on BILCO the "players" came down on ya like locust. No one wanted to admit they picked a loser so everyone would jump in on the condemnation.
