Steve,

I know you've stated in the past that if a stock is borrowable and Yamner approves the sale, its shortable regardless of whether its below $5 or an OTC BB stock.

There's a stock promoter on the NCDR thread stating that:

1. He was a former MM
2. As such, he knows for a fact that OTC BB stock are not shortable.

Given your previous statements and the fact that I've personally shorted BB stocks at DLJ and Pershing (the same house that supplies Yamner), I know this statement is false.

Is there a definitive statement anywhere on the web that says BB stocks are shortable?

If anyone else has proof that shorting BB stocks is permissible, please either post here or the NCDR thread.
