So you think we should not target civilian infrastructure

There are internationally agreed rules of war. Targeting civilian infrastructure violates those rules. I happen to agree with those rules. With many young men in uniform, who is mostly left in the towns and cities? Old people, children, women. In my opinion (and under international law), any country or leader (including Milosovic) who intentionally targets civilians is inhuman. Clinton and Blair are showing their total lack of any humanity -- hardly surprising given what we know of them, but nonetheless highly disappointing.

IMO, Milosovic, Blair, and Clinton should all be in the dock to answer for war crimes.

"So you think we should not target civilian infrastructure and prolong the war?
In the country that spends 50% of GDP on military how you can tell the difference between military and civilian infrastructure?"

You are right Nikita.....I read an article somewhere that said the Serbs are loading their catapults with water pumps and hurling them at NATO jets.

It is tough fignting a war were people must die. It is very tough putting another person though these tough times. BUT after what the Serb troops have done over the Past 10 years we would be foolish to think that the Serbian people do not know what their brother are doing while serving in the field. Our toops came home from Vietnam and we knew.
As such it is difficult to look on them as innocent civialian when ethnic clensing, murder and rape is going on in their name and by their goverment. Who is responsible if not the people who elected the goverment and keep it in power.
Lets hope that with the peace arrives and that those responsible for the genocide in Kosovo are brough to a swift and just trial. This may prevent another group from thinking that they will get away with it withoup paying a price. The world should not have to go though this type of thing again but I commend Nato and out goverment in particual for finaly taking the high road and stopping it.
It make you glad to be in this country with its ethnic diversity, yes there are problems, but we are not running off to a neiboring state and murdering the people because they different from us.
I would think that Europeens would have learned this by now. Seem that their hatred of each other and the "vengence over past wrongs" is what they are about. Lets hope the Euro concept will clear this out once and for all.
