It depends on the size of the deal, but generally, yes there are restrictions on how much can be sold and how soon. The company can generally wave those restrictions later, though.

The weak type of hands that would be spooked by Barron's trashing have already sold AMZN and other nets several weeks ago, current holders are true long term believers
