Dear Mr. Disciple:

The interpretaion of the company's counsel as well as independent counsel retained by Mr. P$nk (who currently holds over 750,000 MDM shares is that the property of the parent is stock in the subsidiary which was never siezed. There is substantial case law defending this view. He does not think that, as a practical matter, the greenmailers have much of a chance.

In the short run anyway, it looks like the straight MDM securities were the way to play this...Also congrats to all that heeded His widom an purchased TRIH at lower levels...It is going much higher.
