But is the AXC corporate initiative meant to "own" content, Jubimer?

While AXC's subsidiaries certainly control and own content, it isn't clear to me that the corporate project intends to own or control anything. That's why I see ITVU (plus a Gardy McGrath video production component, which ITVU doesn't seem to have) as the closest parallel. Do you see it differently?
