I have expended an enormous amount of time trying to gather information on TSIG and post the story as I saw it. A lot of it came true but, as we all know, a lot also did not and a lot is still to be done. Changing circumstances and decisions within the company will always cause changes in anticipated outcomes. For some that have doubts about who and what I am, I am no more than an investor that began coming into this stock in July. I happened to live nearby the home office so decided to check things out. I continued to accumulate from then until fully invested. I still am. Enough of the posters have conversed with me over the last 8-9 months or so to know my desire to know and understand the company as best I could and then express my opinions of where I felt TSIG could go. I have no control over how the company responds to it's opportunities nor how investors will treat the stock. There are some that blame the information given by me for their current situational losses they are now incurring. For that I offer my sympathies. I am there also and am not happy about it either as I am also down some 60%. I have no control over how the company responds to it's opportunities. This company has a number of signed contracts waiting to be executed. I have repeatedly mentioned that funding was of utmost importance and that execution of these contracts needed to be done. Also recall the mention of me about the added necessity of correcting the service needs of the customers. It has also been mentioned by me that the Online Division needed funding for Hwang to begin performance. These were and are concerns of mine and will continue to be and have been mentioned many times. With some of the comments being made about me and concerning the activities I have striven to perform for the members of this stock/thread, I will not participate in delivering further information in public until there is some semblance of rational behavior returned to this forum, if at all. I say this not to withdraw from doing my further diligence concerning TSIG but see no or very little advantage to posting the information. Others that feel more qualified can take my place. I should not be that hard to do. I entered into trying to get Marty on the board because I felt it would be a good and constructive move for TSIG. I maintained the effort at great expense and time to try and accomplish that mission. The resulting action was the vote on Friday morning. There was no other purpose in doing the appointment drive other than reaching the nomination by the board. There has been no shareholder information sent to me divulged to anyone other than the board members and James Guild. I also find it hard to rationalize being accused of manipulating the stock as my input has always been right down the same path. I have never seen, heard, conversed, or corresponded with Bernie in any fashion. I have even tried to find out what, if any, continuing relationship there might be with TSIG. I still don't know. Sorry Steve but your accusations are wrong and, as I have told you which you may have recorded without my knowledge, I am just a shareholder that managed to get some information to continue to put into the story of TSIG. Yes, there were some that managed to get responses from within the company and then relay their findings to me but the only contact I have in the company is Paul Henry and he only says what others could find out. I just might have asked different questions as I have always been interested in the future of TSIG. Those that have spoken to me over the last few weeks also may remember the positive indecisiveness in my responses. This company has a large potential and the necessity of execution has become an important, if not prime, factor. The funding necessary to drive the company forward through the execution phase and establish the customer service needs has been said to be coming. I still await the funding and expected fulfillment of these requirements. There are also still several contracts supposedly to be signed and announced. The MyMusicCard has quite a future already defined and can become quite a force given the proper funding, customer service, and execution. Solving these obstacles should lead to a bright future for the Card business. Additionally the Signature contract, as of early last week, is, from Henry to me and someone (don't know who) that said they called Sig early last week, scheduled to begin on the 4-5th of June. Also think of the contracts signed that will need little execution. Signature will be done by call in. TSIG needs to supply the operators. The distributors will be driven on their own to make a living. They need a site and customer service. Lifetime will be informing the schools. They need to be supplied, supported and serviced. TEMPO will be supplying product for sale. Babe Ruth will probably need the largest effort by the home office. The MyMusicCard site and the Nettaxi site, when completed, will attract business as they are visited. There are a lot of rumors abounding. I have my own feelings about them but they are mine and will not be posted. I will speak privately to whom I wish and answer those I want to converse with. I try and speak openly and honestly. Unfortunately distrust is now seeming to be the norm for many. Continuing doing damage publicly does your investment no good. I presently see no reason or advantage to continue trying to inform at this time. If something comes my way that I consider important, then I will weigh the decision to post or not. I am, like everyone else should be, waiting for the company to tell us any actual news items. I would also advise everyone else to do the same. As always, my opinion Bob
