Do you remember your statement? No more assumptions,,it is short seller carte blanche.Instead of "NO" cluase preventing the PP boys from shorting,,they were given a green flag, if they choose.DD

You are under the assumption that there is NO clause preventing the PP boys from
shorting. More often than not there is a clause which would prevent such a hedge by the
PP group. I do not know what the language stated in TSIG's case.
