Thanks Tom...i really appreciate the help given here ...i will adjust my future trades to the 5% min shrs and min $...after reading the book you would think i would have remembered that but when you go to the real thing most of what i read seem to go out the window...my next project is to work on learn how to scan for future stocks to aim...i rcd Jeffs june newsletter today and made some weekly charts of the stocks to try and get a handle on what works best with aim...seem the pattern that keeps showing up is one of peak in $ recently with a crash and now movement in a wide trading range with volatility...i guess the next task is one of finding out which ones have the highest betas as a filter and then fund. info on outlook of which will survive and prosper down the track...have been playing around with stock investor from aaii trying to put in the critera for aim but think i am still looking for those that havent stumbled as i noted on jeffs charts...i look forward to the slow nature of aim and time to study some for candidates to aim...after spending the last 3 months trading a breakout volatility system it will be nice to not have the daily rat race...i look forward to your site and innneraction...thanks for the welcome and help..bj
