Look, If one believes that it is immoral to terminate a pregnancy and wants to force this belief system on others this is control. Compare this with the concept that the fetus is a human being. The law says that you don't deliberately take the life of an Innocent human ever. I think we can agree on that. Self defense is taking the life of some one who is trying to harm you or another thus not innocent. No other exceptions allowed.To talk about manslaughter is not relevant as you are talking about the perpetrator not the victim [fetus] .Unless you are saying that in case of rape /abortion society will charge the woman with manslaughter instead of murder. What I am saying is that if exceptions that are not self defense [womans health risks] are permitted then one is not affording the fetus the protections that are commonly given all humans. Thus one does not believe it to be human. This means that rule of law is not the basis of the argument. It's purpose is to bend others to the will of a belief system... control
