Bob, I predict a better outcome for mgr shareholders.

I am still hopeful that Dave Webb and the board of directors initiated the
20 to 1 consolidation along with new board members replacing some
current ones as the first step of many more on the drawing board.

If so, then these actions were taken as necessary to happen before the
next steps could be activated. A consolidation using the number 20 is
not a low number like 10, or a very low but still substantial number like 2.
But it is not the number like 100 which in effect wipes out all current share
holdings, in effect resulting in all investments to be lost.

My guessing is that Dave Webb had to decide to either continue with
the Bumbat mine staying inactive and ineffect putting MGR up on concrete
blocks, or give in to the wishes of MAC and let the mgr shareholders
pay the price for MAC's unability to perform and hold Bumbat hostage.

Seems to me that Dave Webb was able to put MGR into a position that
did not give in to MAC and would let MGR move forward for a cash flow.

This to me is the 20 to 1 consolidation and new board members as what
was required before new money could be invested into MGR to develope
areas outside Mongolia for this company to be sucessful in.

I like this approach because MAC will not give MGR the total shaft, just
the 1/2 shaft it already gave us, and MAC will be left to be seened by all
of a unclean pimple on the face Mongolia presents to the world.

If all above comes to be, then curent shareholders will see their initial
investment returned in a couple years.

Sad, yes, but not as bad as a total lost.
