Chris, Of course she wants peace. Do you really believe that NATO wants war?? Do you think that NATO profits by having to endure this continual battle of internal dissension and compromise within their political ranks?? Do you believe that NATO pilots are actively seeking to kill innocent civilians who have been placed illegally in a combat zone as human shields by Serb war criminals?? Would an American be able to get away with such action towards civilians?? But guess who doesn't want peace?? Guess who chooses to DELIBERATELY and INTENTIONALLY TARGET CIVILIANS without regard for human rights or dignity?? Tell me Chris... you're a lawyer. Could you really make a case that NATO pilots or commanders have deliberately targeted civilians in order to kill them specifically?? There is such a thing as intent, Chris. And we have plenty of evidence that the Serbs DELIBERATELY INTEND to brutally abuse, murder, and evict an entire population from their homes. Their actions are premeditated, not coincidental.
