Careful.

As I recall, that IBM response FOR DDR and away from DRDRAM was from the IBM Microelectronics group which designs and makes SEMICONDUCTOR components.

This is SEPARATE and DISTINCT from the IBM PC CO., the one that makes and sells PCs, and SEPARATE from the WORKSTATION and SERVER divisions.

I have seen NO WORD about the PC Company Nor the Server Nor the Workstation groups that discuss DRDRAM memory.
