The casino in Colorado sounds more like vacation swampland in Florida. And anyway what does this have to do with potential internet gambling software that HOPR was supposed to be involved with at one time?

I just got off the phone with Bryce Matthews, the Black Hawk city planner. He says that no one has pulled a building permit. They dug a perc test hole 2 years ago and that currently is the extent of the casino project. They still need to get the plans approved to the towns building guide lines. Also it looks like it is too late to start building before winter. One more missed year, CWRC may be in deep by missing this year.
