And, what non-compliant computer would that be
Some old chipsets do not report the century in their real time clocks. These would be 386 and early 486 class machines. There shouldn't be a hardware problem with pentium and above machines. I would personally not do my taxes next year on an old machine.

No 386s atill in use? 486s? Is DOS Y2K compliant? Is Windows 3.1? Is Windows 95? Not a Dell problem? If you don't think so you don't know anything about lawsuits.
