Well, I tried to find some of those references a moment ago by calling up a random CBS Marketwatch page and entering kurt king in the "Search Our News Archives" field at the bottom of the page. It didn't do what I expected (instead searching for the ticker symbols kurt and king) but the result was certainly surprising. I don't know if it's repeatable (although it's been consistent for me in a couple of tries), but if it is, I'd recommend it to those assembled here.

BTW, the precise URL I got to was:

cbs.marketwatch.com

Kewl.

A search of the CBS Marketwatch archive for kurt king (this time remembering to click the "keyword" box) yields 3 articles, only one of which mentions Sun -- today:

cbs.marketwatch.com

I don't know how far back the archive goes (although it goes back to at least last September, since one of the other articles is dated 9/10/98), but apparently he at one time did rate SUNW a "buy," since the article describes how he lowered it to a "hold."

At any rate, I don't count Mr. King among my friends.
