DELL hasn't had an up day since May 18. This is getting most discouraging

OT I heard once that lawsuits for Y2K will mostly be thrown out because they have to suit over an unexpected incident. The fact is the whole world knows about this Y2K problem, so they are to expect problems and be prepared.
