Don't forget the 2 billion or so in debt. A BOSTQ type implosion is a very real possibility.

Goldman Sachs can't keep coming up with shady offshore junk bond buyers forever.

(An interesting dillema for Bezos- the kind of people who participated in those offerings usually don't take kindly to losing money!)

hmmm. so accountants now have an overwhelming obligation to not just bean count but set fair market values. they must be sweating knowing that each quarter, the stock will trade at net tangible book/share and all employees with options depend on their calculator. what a responsibility.
