Chuzz, you're only encouraging him. I hope the amount of fun you're having pulling his tail (that's all you're doing; you will NOT change him) exceeds the accumulative aggravation the rest of the people on this thread have to go through with him still here.

He knows because he knows- he "feels" it. And as we all know feelings are always correct- that is why eyewitness testimony is so reliable. He knows what he knows because he chanced to butt up against Christian theology and not Muslim theology. Had he been born in Pakistan perhaps he would be railing against Hindus instead of doing what he is doing here. He is probably hopelessly enmeshed in his belief system, and unable to logically evaluate it. True believers are everywhere- I don't know why, although I have some theories on the matter.

Chuzzlewit, God speaks through many means,...his word, circumstances, the preacher..etc. The resounding theme is that men are sinners and are in need of a saviour. Jesus Christ died on the cross so that those who believe in his atonement will be able to come into the presence of God without a guilty conscience. Don't be under the delusion that just because a Christian doesn't run with the world means its because he's incapable. I could change my handle, come on this thread and appear to be the most liberal person around. I am capable of frolicking in any discussion, BUT... I have decided to shun the profane and live for Christ. If I follow a straight and seemingly narrow way then it's because I have already found that the broad and wide leads to destruction. Nobody likes rejection but when you give your heart to the Lord you learn to love the things he loves and hate the things he hates. Chris
