I missed the closing date for the tender offer by mistake and I'm now sitting on my VLSI shares. PHG has now more than 90% of stocks and has announced that they are going to acquire the remaining ones as well.
Do I wait for a better price? What happens if I don't sell?

Michael

Headline: Philips (AMS:PHG) closes VLSI tender with 91.5 pct

======================================================================
AMSTERDAM, June 2 (Reuters) - Philips Electronics NV said on
Wednesday it had closed its tender offer for semiconductor firm
VLSI Inc (NASDAQ:VLSI) and now owned 91.5 percent of the
California-based company.
"Philips will acquire the remaining shares of VLSI pursuant
to a merger of (Philips' subsidiary) KPE Acquisition with and
into VLSI, and VLSI will thereby become an indirect wholly owned
subsidiary of Philips," the Dutch group said in a statement.
Philips announced its upgraded $21.00 per share cash tender
offer at the start of May. The $1 billion deal was then accepted
by the board of VLSI.
