SSA.com, Thanks for the quick response. I wondered what the SEC
fine print might be concerning this issue. I don't know about
section 8 stock, but in the next few days, I'll look into it
myself. I hope your attorney is correct. It is imperative as you well
know that this be cleared up without anything "hanging". If there
is a ruling or wording that can be cited by your attorney it would obviously be helpful. Thanks.

This all sounds well and good and above board, however when taken into context of what the principals of this firm did before the company was formed, something smells. Also the individual principals in the newly-formed corporation presumably owned hundreds of thousands of MRPS stock both before the company was formed and now. Those shares are not restricted. For full disclosure purposes, how many shares of unrestricted stock do the principals of SmartStockAdvisors.com either own or own and control? It is not only important how many shares of future MRPS shares the company will earn through these efforts, but how many shares do the principals control either directly or indirectly from their hyping efforts from late 1998 to now. I would suspect it may be upwards of two million shares. If this is true, the efforts of these principals could have a major effect on the price of our shares of MRPS. The price of our shares could be manipulated by these principals who have attempted in many documented efforts on this website and others to "run up" the price of MRPS.
If these individuals can "pump" the price of the stock then they can most definitely then "dump" the price of our shares if and when they choose to do so. This, in my opinion, should be illegal and against all the intent of the SEC in regulating persons who invest in "penny" BB stocks as well as stock exchange listed stocks.
Notice as well in this post that SmartStockAdvisor.com states that it intends to comply with all present and future SEC regulations. Note the fine print as it says all present and future regulations. How about past actions of these principals who have attempted to "pump up" the price of MRPS.
These principals in this company appear to operate like our President. We have to question every word, and every statement that they make. It depends on what "is" really is. They are very very slick. Perhaps this is not the case and they are just trying to make money as a newly-formed public relations firm that MRPS chose to hire for some as yet unexplained reason.
Now, their intent just could be on the up and up. But, one has to ask oneself about just why this company was formed. Why would any company such as MRPS enter into a agreement with SmartStockAdvisor.com?
Normally wouldn't MRPS just hire a reputable public relations firm that was located in the Nashville area or that was known to MRPS management previously. Why hire a newly-formed untested and unproven firm that has absolutely no history or track record?
There are a multitude of firms in the Nashville area or located throughout the United States. Why hire this just-formed firm? It just doesn't make sense at this point in time to make a relationship between MRPS and SmartStockAdvisor.com. Why do it?
