Tom, I made that decision already this year and sold the LEVL at $53 instead of taking the INTC shares. I have to admit, after years of doing relatively nothing in the "It's not a CPU" culture, this time INTC seems bent on actually moving forward in the networking area and with the Dialogic acquisition, the computer telephony area. I think that is good news for Intel shareholders longer term, but I believe there are much better places for my money than Intel over the next year.

If these acquisitions are for real, then one day people will look back on this as a major turning point for Intel as they do on the day Andy Grove decided to get out of the memory business.
