Open standards, not proprietary solutions, expand the market quicker, and this deploys Intel components faster. Dialogic is an open standards company. Isn't Nortel a proprietary PBX vendor? I don't track Nortel. Hypothetically, why do you think Intel would be interested in Nortel?
