I finally found the statement in the annual report about the taxes however I thought the last quarter was also tax free. I stand corrected...I read the last quarter report a little closer.

From the last quarter

The operating results for the first quarter reflect the full impact of income taxes as the company has now used the income tax benefits that were carried forward from prior years

Now I see why you thought the earnings estimate where low. Based on the last set off numbers I can see why .35-.45 is a reasonable estimate.

Did Brentt have any comments on all insider selling this March and April? Also, did he mention any time frame for the TSE?

Still not a shareholder but plan to be holding before they get to the TSE...now it is a problem of finding the right price.

What in your view this address refer to: quote.yahoo.com , 26 May 97 say's SPLIT 1:6 does it mean that they reduced 6 shares to 1 ? Normally a split is written (split 2:1) not the other way around ? They got me here, how do you see it ?
