How do you value this company?

I have started watching this company but have not yet bought in. I am a bit concerned with the tax rate being so low. Seems to me that there are some windfall profits & cash flow for awhile, but when the tax losses (I assume) are used up, what does profitability look like?

Anyone know what's up, or do I need to give them a call?

PS Also, I'm not really enthused with companies taking excessive R&D/acquisition write offs. But that's just me, evidently.

I was planning to listen to the conference call and damn my boss walks in and off we go. I missed another one. Did you get a chance to listen? Could you please provide a brief overview? (anyone?). I have a copy of the call on order from Maxwell.
