Over the past months, I've heard many times on the biz news that consumer spending has been fueled in large part by the booming stock market. With the haircut techs have taken, I would think consumer spending will be down quite a bit now.

Well consumer spending should be down now if Greenspan was right about our big stock market gains!!!!!
