Harold, I am going to have a hard time resisting temptation to buy this if there is any material dumping. It is most plain from the postings that Lew Lieberbaum type clients and penny stock buyers are still major owners. They repeatedly demonstrate next to no knowledge of the industry, the company, or reverse splits.

In fact, reverse splits have nothing more than a temporary impact. (Except in this case it is good to get away from penny stock land.)
The dummies on these threads think reverse splits cause stock price declines. They do not know the difference between cause and effect.
Most reverse splits are of companies that were worth zero both before and after the split. If these dopes want to sell SEMI down to a buck,
I will be a buyer.

It is industry and company performance that counts. The industry has performed poorly for quite a while, but is hardly going away, and may be starting to recover according to the trade papers. However, SEMI, despite having self-serving management that does not have any idea what shareholder relations means, has actually performed better than similar peers. In a low margin world, a growth strategy is the only one that can succeed, and SEMI has had a growth strategy for years and done a lot better on growth. Look how horribly JACO and REPT (companies) have done, especially the latter.
