So just what is my lie? That the FBI is investigating John Schmitz? That comes from Matt (Coop). Or is it that they have filed to be a Thrift. That comes from Matt (Coop). Is he lying? He won't say. It seems he won't answer for the facts that he has forwarded. He has already indicated to me by PM that he is running away from this issue. That he won't stand and be publicly accountable for what he has represented. He is only safe evidently nestled in the cradling arms of the insiders email group, where he can make representations safe from contradiction by the facts. This isn't my lie. It is a situation of his making. Or is he being an upstanding citizen and accurately relating what Billy Black said - that John Schmitz is being investigated by the FBI now that the application has been filed? Well we know the application is not filed. That is a matter of public record. I have published that link and the list of outstanding applications. No one has yet been able to point to a one of them and make a claim that's the one. (The reason is obvious - it's not on the list.) This isn't my lie either. The published record is accurate as of today they say. So if an application has been submitted, they don't yet know about it. (Important note here: They would have to know about it to direct the FBI to investigate.) So the assertion that the FBI is investigating is either a lie (not mine I would add) or they are investigating, but not because of the thrift. If they are investigating without an application filed then it must be for another reason. (No lie there either.) So I am glad you feel better calling me a liar, even though it is wholly inappropriate given Matt's (Coop's) reported report by JCNelson.
