COGNICASE Closes Acquisition of LOGISPACE JUNE 8, 1999 MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA--COGNICASE Inc. (Nasdaq: COGI) confirmed today that it has obtained the necessary regulatory approvals to complete its acquisition of GROUPE LOGISPACE SA, a French information technology (IT) firm specializing in quality control and in operational and large-scale project management.
