Well Matt (Coop), I am still puzzled that you think I was ever confused that the FBI might do background checks on individuals involved with making applications to become a FS&LA entity. I have never made that claim, yet you seem to think I have. You even now acknowledge it is very normal to have everyone involved with the company "investigated" or "CHECKED" as far as their background goes. That doesn't usually occur until the final stages for obvious cost-related issues. I agree with that. My point all along is WHAT FINAL STAGES? There are no final stages on something that has not begun. There is NO APPLICATION AT THE OTS. Why would the FBI investigate John Schmitz? Is this the lie that he is being investigated? Or is the reason he is being investigated because he has made the application for a thrift (When no application is filed.)? For some reason you are oblivious to this contradiction. But thank you at least for stepping up and clarifying that it was you that spoke to Bill Black and that it was Bill Black that has related that John is being investigated by the FBI.
