I guess this was the great news that we were all expecting this week. Marc, call me tonight so you can give instructions on how to disasamble(I can't spell this right to save my life) my fan for the time being. I feel I have been betrayed by Tom. He never mentioned this or hinted this to me in all our conversations. Yes I understand we need the money but for cryin out loud someone should have givin us some sort of possible range. Looks like I'll have to sell some of my 4,000 shares of LU and take a colossal position now. I don't figure the stock will trade above where it is now ( 51 - 52) for a while. When does the placement start and why are they giving a discount @ 52? I printed out all the pages but I'm just so disheartened I can't read it. I was thinking that we would have some great announcements out this week. Ha- fooled me big time. Guess that's why I use a fan instead of a crystal ball. Am I the only one who is a jerk about this? Lets hear some opinions folks. Fli-by

Hi FLI-BY, Don't beleive everything you here. Increased my position the other day. Started the bid at 55. Wouldn't have done that if I didn't think that this company had something going for it. Myself, well I have broken all my rules about buying pennies. I've bumped this stock two times now and still think I've gotten a deal. Tom called me last night. Had a long chat. He is going to put out a news release that they are going to change their reporting. Also told me that the earnings for May are higher then what I projected. Let me put it to you this way. If you are thinking about selling, don't. If I am wrong in what I am posting then talk to my broker and I will buy up all your shares if you think that I have given you wrong info. I asked him if the numbers that I thought would come out are accurate. He told me that and then some. In other words, Wall Street will take notice. Am saying that this will be a blow out. I let you make that decission. I'm already increasing my position. I base that on the techs, news. Tom said if I want to post what he said go ahead. Well I don't know if this thread is ready for that kind of news. Now I want to make it clear that I am not hyping this stock. Just passing info on from the CEO. LATER, RON
