Some specifics from Soundview:

<<<<<<<<<<<Complete installation of HyperTV POP by June 1999
The first deal with a TV programmer for HyperTV programming by September 99.
Complete integration of individualized TV software into HITS by September
99.
The rollout of Fox Sports Plus in Southeast region in the 4th quarter 99.
An individualized TV PPV event sometime in 2000.
"Based on our projection for digital set-top deployment during the next few
years and assuming a long-term projection rate of 20% for ITV Fox Sports
Plus, we estimate that the deal is worth at least $1 billion. Long term, Fox
Sports Plus could be as big as HBO, the first and largest pay channel. In
addition, IV can potentially be used to create many other types of
programming and applications, such as game shows and addressable
advertising."
Based on the above considerations, we believe ACTV has the potential of
becoming a multi-billion market cap company during the next few years. Based
on the prospects of immediate opportunities and long term potential of ITV
and HyperTV, we would conservatively put ACTV's valuation at $1 billion,
with significant upside potential.>>>>>>>>>>>
