Thanks for the insight!

You are correct. The fact that there would be secondary offerings has been discussed before on the thread and indicated as part of the business plan to raise money for expansion. I think it just caught us off guard that it would be this large an offering. I think we also were expecting the company to get bank financing for some of the expansion.

I wonder now if Tom intends to acquire new companies for the different gates with stock rather than cash?? Any thoughts on the benefits/costs of doing that?

I agree. Stay long and strong with Tom. He will get the job done, as he has in the past. His focus has GOT to be growing the business for future revenues, not day to day stock price. Anything less would be fiscally irresponsible for the stock holders.

I still anticipate bigger news along the lines of revenues or new deals.

GO BETT!!! Hang in there Fli, we are okay. This is a fundamental change in some ways but not necessarily negative. E-mail Tom and ask him to call you if you are really concerned and keep that BIG Texas temper under control. :)

I recall a message from Tom about a month ago that everything was in place except the financing to put the plan in motion. up. This should accelerate the biz plan. Details on Saturday? Viva Las Vegas!!! tom
