T2000, what was the date for that summer rally to start,please post,TIA?? Anyone. I agree that compromise such as your idea is so simple to do and just get it over with. It could be that MSFT is going to fight this to the bitter end to send a message to the FEDS to think twice next before they try it again. As a long term buy and holder I lean towards the latter,but some compromise is warrented. Today could have been capitulation for the market and MSFT. If not today, it's very close. All JMO
