It could not have been said any better.

Clearly there are those that will assume that wrong doing must occur for the checks and balances of our financial institutions to get involved.

I have not heard of any wrongdoing by any member of PABN and I will leave it up to the PROPER authorities to inform me after such an investigation. Everything else is heresay...
