Dear John,

I own 2,450 shares of AOL at $67 dollars per share. I appreciate your thoughts however, it is clear that my position is solid.

Furthermore, all stock splits are dilutive to current shareholders. The same argument of dilution could have been made of AOL 2 years ago or 5 splits ago.

Yet fearing dilution during the first stock split and selling would have cost the shareholder over 1,000% gain on their original investment.

This type of advice was wrong then and it is wrong today. Before you make such comments take the time to study and see beyond a trading day.

Best Regards,

Hector
