Tommaso, your negativity regarding SCH and insider sales is really getting old. If you post insider sales how about doing us a favor and let us know the percentage of holdings each insider sold. I would imagine it's under 5% meaning an officer of the company taking normal bits and pieces of his holdings so he can pay his mortgage, buy his wife a mink and take a trip to the French Riviera. Get real!

Steve

It would be easier just to stay quiet and profit from Schwab's decline, but not very honorable.

You know, Tommaso, I really do not mind that people short a stock, I have done it myself, and there is nothing "dishonorable" about it, contrary to your suggestion. It is actually a balancing force of the market, indeed, part of the market.

But I find it more, "dishonorable", (to use your language), someone that comes to a thread, merely suggesting an impending disaster about to take place... What other reason would you use, in order to say...

As I pointed out to the DELL htread some time back, insider sales are a pretty good measure of the real value of a stock, and Schwab and his relatives have sold a good bit of SCH.

Worse, you do not even have the facts, so I would actually classify you under the Stock Hen category... (or alternatively you use voodoo to come up with your statements...)

I mean, you yourself admit that...

I haven't looked lately to see exactly what has happened, but that is what was going on.

We are grown ups... if you have facts to substantiate your claim, please show us, I have no fear of buying or selling a stock...

I do have a dislike for Stock Hens.

And so you know, insider sales, as Steve has already pointed out to you, does not necessarily mean the stock is about to fall.... (given the fact that "insiders" and officers, also have needs, objectives and other reasonable purposes, why to sell their stakes).

Insider sales, to have any meaning anywhere close to what you are suggesting, need to be part of a larger negative picture. Unless you have other facts that would point that way, you are just another Stock Hen, not worth reading your posts.

P.s. What "rating" would you give SCH ?

"Thinking about to sell"... or "Underperform"...or, "Observing to Sell"... or "Neutral", or "Watching others sell" or.... Cluck... cluck... cluck... cluck... cluck...
