Mstrego, I agree with you on the software point. A friend of mine has developed a basic marketing/sales management software. When they sell the 'program' to a state wide bank, it will be a different one than what they sold to the state wide real estate group. Same basic program modified to meet the customer's needs. With this accounting/billing software, each customer group may have different requirements. In fact, I cannot imagine they would not. After the software is presented to the customer to try, additional modifications would be completed before final delivery and income. There may be progress payments, but I don't really know. Roger
