You're kidding, right, Sir Francis?

Internet access is one of the biggest bargains available today. You can get basic unlimited, dial-up access for $15 to $20 dollars a month. You can get high-speed service for less than $50/month - service that just a couple of years ago would have cost hundreds of dollars a month.

Internet service is the last thing that needs to be subsidized.
