REFERENCE- PIECES OF JUNK...
the key in finding a stock that can make money
is knowing what fad or news story will attract others..
p&d as you call it are fabricated b.s about news coming,
big deal on the way or some other crap made up.....we let
the company make up that crap...
i can p.m you a stock everyday that will move without ever
having to post about it,we have taken a one on one conversation
wayne and myself were having several months ago when nobody else knew we were here, into a very popular thread only because at night people would stumble upon the thread and see the stocks that were mentioned
during the day....
and unlike you other names you mentioned, you will see very little action on the transaction log of the stocks mentioned at the time mentioned....
pos- remember if you like it too much you will have a much harder
time selling it..

HNLY-(ME,ISRAEL,AND ONE OTHER PERSON)this was our baby at .07,
but wayne follows because he trust me(hehehe)but another example of a great fad that will catch the investors eye and a big time pos company...

nasdaq- honestly there are some that make it,but we do not ever really know about it,because we find them so low, that we do not stick around for the 600-700 percent profit to see if they make it..(SNMM)

Welcome to the OTC junkyard where one man's garbage is another man's treasure.

Now the P&D - my definition is a "gang" of people buying some low float stock and then running all over SI hyping it up on as many threads as they can and dumping all over the people they sucker in to buying.

Now this also holds true for a company that puts out wonderful PR's so that insiders, relatives and close friends can dump into the buying.

So then what is a "good" otc stock?
1. relatively undiscovered
2. sitting on the bottom
3. has a PR machine to hype themselves up

So is it a bad thing that I buy a stock at .50 and sell it at $2? No. But what about the people that are buying at $2? I say they are either suckers or they understand what the company is doing better than I do.

Sure there are likely many legit OTC stocks, just hard to see through all the smoke, mirrors, lies and half truths to figure out which ones they are.

Found a stock yesterday .24 EPS trading at .28 and the other day one at 1.50 with .80 EPS. Could be good companies or they could be cooking the books. Who knows. Didn't buy either of them because the problem seems to be that they can't be bothered to put out any fluffed up PR's to get their stock price up. Maybe they don't care about it.

Regarding the move from BB to NAZ, a few that I have owned have done it, can't recall offhand which ones, but it happens. In my view it doesn't add any credibility to the company. There is probably a bigger list of companies that went from NAZ to BB than BB to NAZ
