While the trend to say anyone who receives a commission is screwing the customer is growing, the short run there wont be any repo's. However if the street cant make any money, they wont be able to provide research, IPO's etc. As far as real estate agents, you must be very inexperienced. I have property and have tried to unload it myself. What a trip this has been. Course your probably one who draws up his own will.
