Steve,

That's not the way I see it, although I could be wrong. -g- Looks to me that in order for Sun to realize the full number of shares offered that they have to provide Ancor with this level of revenues, but they are(as far as I can tell) allowed incremental amounts as they spend $$$ on Ancor switches. Also, note that with the current shares outstanding(26 Million) this would give Sun just over 5% of the outstanding shares. What are the implications of 5%?

Iceburg,

Regarding the warrants, it's not so much the number of them (shoot, at this point, what's another million or so shares floating around!)

But ANCR announces their 1st Tier One OEM and they have to offer warrants in order to close the deal???

Not only that, but at $7.50 a share, is ANCR trying to support a shareholder, an insider at that, and his cost basis? (we do remember Cal's Corner, don't we?)

Now, ANCR may yet see 41 again, but my initial investment position in ANCR won't see it. I may trade ANCR; my impression is that you have done that quite well these many months.

Currently, I have no position in ANCR.

Good luck to you,

dean
