TRIT... 12M O/S Float 1 to 1.5M Company (Marfitech) is doing a reverse merger into Trident Telecom. Purpose: Build a database for use by Travel Agencies worldwide... TRIT/Marfitech Ltd. will make money by selling access to the world's largest and most complete database to travel agencies/individuals. This work on the database is already underway. Marc Bouchard tells me they have teams of individuals checking out hotels, rental cars and resturants as well as other tourist info in the Caribbean. The intention is to complete this database and make it world wide. Why? Well, current databases available through the internet are severely lacking according to Bouchard (probably true). With a planetwide database of complete information, they will be able to get revenue from TAs/individuals. Still need more info, this is a start. Will post what I find. Do yenz own DD.... TA
