One reason is that today's news story did not hit TUNE it only hit ACTV. This keeps on happening. We need some new PR people the PR company that we have is not worth one dime.

I don't know - employment report tomorrow? - CPI report out in 2 weeks spooking market. Or are we all waiting for the rollout to officially, actually, become a reality before the markets believe.

I vote "c." I predict an oscillation mostly in the 14.5 <-> 17 range until a rollout is announced. I think that any price under 16 is probably a good buy-in price if you think IATV is going to make the 3Q rollout deadline.
