Athiest, this Yahoo article mentions TUNE.

Of course, they screwed up our name in the headline too. BTW, lot of net stocks down today: ATHM, AOL, AMZN, GMST, YHOO, etc. Volume a little low also. Maybe the start of the summer doldrums.

ACTI, TCI Music play the Net

NEW YORK -- ACTV Inc. (Nasdaq:IATV - news) and TCI Music Inc. (Nasdaq:TUNE - news) said
Thursday they will integrate ACTV's HyperTV with TCI's Box Music Network, adding Internet
capabilities to the 24-hour programmable music channel.

While watching the Box Music Network, for example, users will be able to log on to a Web site that corresponds to the music
video they are watching. The site would contain material such as song lyrics and band member biographies, while promoting
online purchases, the companies said.

"We believe this new initiative with ACTV's HyperTV is a logical extension of the direction we've been heading," Alan
McGlade, president and chief executive of Box Music Network, said in a statement.

The Box Network, which is broadcast in the United States, Europe and Latin America, changes its programming to meet the
different markets it serves, and provides viewers with the option to call in or go online to request a video from an option menu.
