Just to think about the concept that other parents with qualifing children refused to enter the trial and survived.

79/260 = 30% none would have refused
79/270 = 29% 10 refused
79/280 = 28%
79/290 = 27% 30 refused

Interesting to me anyway. Shows the 62 are usefulf for thiniking about mortality.

Xoma I.R. told me, "In general, unblinding is done once only on the final data set, rather than
piecemeal." I asked in general what is done. I did not ask what is being done in this specific trial. Even so I accept that it probably is all done at once.

Wonder why XOMA has become so cagey about the number of accruals for the Trauma trial. I always urge that they release this on a more regular basis. I can no longer tell if they are on track nor correct anyone when they refer to parabolic rise.
